To celebrate this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme: “Movement: Moving more for mental health” myself and fellow yoga teacher and friend Deb (Deb Barlow Yoga) will be collaborating together to offer you a day-long yoga wellbeing event.
Throughout the day we will guide you through various yoga & mindfulness practices – some accompanied by live instrumental sounds – to promote your holistic wellbeing.
Movement – we will move, breathe, restore and relax
Nature – we will take a gentle mindful walk outdoors & enjoy the sounds and scenery of the local beauty (weather dependant)
Sound & movement – in the afternoon we’ll slow down with a yoga movement practice accompanied by gongs, singing bowls, tubular bells & chimes
Connect with others – we will share flavoursome food, cheerful chatter and a cup of tea or two together
Ticket price includes lunch & drinks.
Coriander & Lime, our local Indian catering company, will be providing us with a delicious vegetarian lunch (lightly spiced curry with rice & dessert). Myself and Deb will be bringing the teas and coffee.
