Please self-assess for any symptoms before attending your class. If you do have any symptoms you are advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people.
Class capacity will return to almost normal levels as we all take and share the responsibility for checking our own symptoms.
We should all continue to consider our own health and circumstances (for example, if we are not yet double-vaccinated/boosted or live with somebody at higher risk of serious illness from COVID-19) so that we can make an informed choice about whether it is appropriate to practice in-person.
Ventilation and air quality is monitored during our classes, however you may wish to wear a mask as you enter and leave the venue.
Please practise good hygiene: wash your hands, cover your coughs and sneezes and clean your yoga kit regularly.
Hand sanitiser will continue to be available before and after class.
Please bring your own yoga kit: mat, blanket, block, eye pillow, strap etc.
You may like to wear an extra layer of clothing as the venues will be continue to be ventilated with fresh air by opening the doors before, during and after our class.
Everyone must complete a Health Questionnaire and Disclaimer.
Where possible please pay your fees via online banking. You will also be able to pay via contactless, cheque and cash at your first class.
