These 90 minute Yin Yoga & Relaxation Sessions are an opportunity to practice and explore Yin Yoga, and rest with a guided relaxation practice.
Yin is a slow, floor based style of yoga where we hold the poses for longer (between 2-5 minutes). Holding the poses helps us to cultivate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance and harmony. The following ‘longer’ relaxation will encourage us to rest and restore more deeply.
Cancellation Policy: All Yin Yoga & Relaxation Session fees are non-refundable. If, however, the session is cancelled by myself due to unforeseen or necessary circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.
