Here & Now Yoga is back in West Lynn at the Community Sport & Social Club on Thursdays 6 – 7:15pm.

New class members are welcome to join any time – it doesn’t have to be the start of a new term to book your trial class.  Once you’ve booked your trial class you will receive a booking receipt and confirmation email from me with all the need-to-know ready for your practice.

Our community group classes are mixed level with lots of guidance so that everyone, from beginner to experienced, can enjoy the practices safely and comfortably.  If you have any questions or would like more information please contact me.

Online bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Pre-booking is essential and you will be asked to complete a health screen with disclaimer.
All bookings are subject to availability and change.
