“What do you enjoy/like most about Here & Now classes? How have you benefitted from your yoga classes?”
I regularly attend classes at Here & Now yoga and they have become important to me. Life can feel busy with work and family commitments and my yoga class with Toni helps me reset and feel balanced. I can also feel that I am physically getting stronger as I develop my practice. I can’t recommend Toni enough!

“What do you enjoy/like most about Here & Now classes? How have you benefitted from your yoga classes?”
I attend the Tuesday evening class with my husband. We decided to start practicing yoga for the health benefits as we grow older. Toni is a brilliant teacher who puts you at ease and never pressures you. It’s not just a Yoga practice, she talks about things that can help you with mindfulness and your mental health. I have attended some of Toni’s retreat days and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting people from her other classes. She really does build a great yogi community.

“What do you enjoy/like most about Here & Now classes? How have you benefitted from your yoga classes?”
I love my yoga classes with Toni, of which I have noticed many health benefits. One being my core strength which has become noticeably stronger and this has improved my back condition. The yoga classes are varied, interesting and fun. I also love the 10 minutes of relaxation prior to ending the session which is bliss! I highly recommend, thank you Toni 🙏 xxx

“What do you like about Here & Now yoga classes?”
I like the fact that you really know your stuff and are very careful to make sure that we take things slowly and carefully, gearing it only to us and not being competitive with ourselves and others. I like the whole “Mind, Body, Soul” aspect of it and that it encourages us to keep a positive outlook on life, even through these very difficult times.

The knowledge & professionalism of the instructor – the instruction to a movement is followed by explanations of the benefits of not just the mind but the body.
