'In-person' class advice and guidance
All classes must be pre-booked.
Class sizes are limited so that we can adhere to the 2 metre distancing guidance at all times.
The time and departure from class will be more organised than usual. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class commences and wait outside, adhering at all times to 2 meter distance.
Please wear your face mask on arrival, as you enter the hall and whilst you prepare/tidy away your mat. If you wish to continue wearing your mask during practice you may.
Enter North Wootton Village Hall entrance via the main door and exit via the car park fire exit.
Hand sanitising will be required before and after class. There will be a supply available at all times.
Please keep to one person only in the entrance/reception space as it is a small area.
Please scan the QR code to check-in to our venue by downloading the NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace app on your mobile. I will keep a paper log of your attendance if you are unable to access/use the app.
I will request to take your temperature as you enter the venue with a non-contact forehead thermometer.
Please bring your own yoga kit: mat, blanket, block, eye pillow, strap etc. And please avoid bringing unnecessary baggage into the venue.
Please may I also ask you to ensure that you clean/disinfect your mat, blankets and props after each class.
You may like to wear an extra layer of clothing as the venues will be ventilated by opening the doors before, during and after our class.
To minimise use of changing rooms/toilets please come in your yoga clothes and change when you return home.
Before and after your class there will be an enhanced cleaning regime at each venue.
Everyone must complete a Health Questionnaire and Disclaimer. To reduce exchanging of paper work please complete the questionnaire online and return by email if possible.
Please pay your fees via online banking. You will also be able to pay via contactless at your first class if necessary (cheques and cash are also accepted).
