These 90 minute Yin Yoga & Relaxation Sessions are an opportunity to practice and explore Yin Yoga, and rest with a guided relaxation practice.
Yin is a slow, floor based style of yoga where we hold the poses for longer (between 2-5 minutes). Holding the poses helps us to cultivate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance and harmony. The following ‘longer’ relaxation will encourage us to rest and restore more deeply.
Cancellation Policy All Yin Yoga & Relaxation Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If, however, the session is cancelled by myself due to unforeseen or necessary circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.
