These 90 minute ‘Wellness Wednesdays’ Sessions will give us an opportunity to practice and explore Yin Yoga (70 minutes), and share a guided relaxation practice (20 minutes).
Yin Yoga is the prolonged holding (between 2 to 5 minutes) of a yoga pose in stillness. The practice of Yin Yoga helps us to cultivate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance and harmony. The following ‘longer’ relaxation will encourage us to rest and restore more deeply.
