New class members are welcome to join any time – it doesn’t have to be the start of a new term to book your taster class.  Once you’ve booked you’ll receive a booking receipt and confirmation email from me with all the need to know ready for your practice.

Our community group classes are mixed-level, with lots of guidance so that everyone – from beginner to experienced – can enjoy the practices safely and comfortably.

• Pre-booking is essential and you will be asked to complete a health screen with disclaimer.
