About your class
You will receive a weekly class recording every Monday for the duration of the term, taken from the live Zoom class at King’s Lynn Masonic Centre. This option is available exclusively for current class members who already practice with me.
Each class recording will remain available for two weeks from the date it was recorded.
The Yoga class will consist of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation, concentration and meditation.
Yoga is a holistic practice, bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit.
The asana practice helps us to increase or maintain physical strength, mobility and stamina.
Pranayama helps to create a balance in the physical body and mind.
Relaxation promotes our ability to rest the body and mind from the demands of daily activity and distractions.
Practising concentration & meditation can enable the mind to fully settle, to become still and in the present moment.
Yoga can help us all to live a healthy, balanced & contented life.
