1) Term Booking
Fees
- £9 per class, payable per term.
- Payment is due one week before the term start date.
- All fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by me.
2) New Class Members
- If you’re new to Here & Now Yoga, you’re welcome to join at any point in the term.
- Most new students begin with a Taster Class (bookable via my website).
- If you continue after your taster, your remaining term fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from your start date.
- This ensures you only pay for the classes you attend in that term.
3) Booking & Transfers
How to Book
- Advance booking is required via my website hereandnowyoga.co.uk/online-booking
Transfer Allowance
- You may request up to 2 class transfers per term.
- Transfer requests must be made at the time of booking, using the “Additional Information” box on the payment page.
- Transfers are subject to availability.
Transfer Options
- Another in-person class (if places allow)
- Monday morning Live-Zoom class
- A Zoom class recording
Non-Transferable Bookings
Class bookings are non-transferable to another person.
4) Class Recordings
- Live-Zoom classes are recorded weekly.
- A class recording can be requested at the time of booking and counts as one of your transfer options.
- Recordings are password protected and for personal use only.
- Each recording remains available for two weeks from the date it was recorded.
5) Transfers, Requests & Cancellations
- If you know in advance that you will miss a class, you may transfer to another class within the same term (subject to availability).
- These requests must be made before the term begins, at the point of booking.
- Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next term.
- No refunds are given for missed classes.
6) Unplanned Absences
How It Works
- If you have an unplanned absence (e.g. illness or an unforeseen appointment), please email me before or on the day of your absence.
- If your missed class is on a Friday, please email me before 9:30am.
What You Receive
- If you notify me in time, you will receive access to that week’s class recording via group email on Friday afternoon.
- Recordings remain available for 10 days.
Important
- To minimise admin, I will not respond individually to absence emails.
- If you do not notify me by the Friday 9:30am deadline, no recording will be provided.
7) Exceptional Circumstances
Occasionally, life brings unexpected challenges. While I aim to keep term bookings consistent and fair for everyone, I also offer flexibility when necessary.
In these situations, class transfer options may be extended at my discretion, in the case of:
- Significant illness or injury, that prevents you from practicing safely
- Emergency caregiving responsibilities
- Close family bereavement
Requests will be handled confidentially and on a case-by-case basis. While I cannot guarantee a replacement class, I will do my best to offer an alternative (e.g. a class recording or a transfer), if available and within the term dates.
Please contact me as soon as you’re able. I appreciate respectful, open communication so I can support you as fairly as possible while balancing the needs of all the groups.
8) Taster Booking
- Taster Class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pre-booking is essential.
- You must complete a health screening and disclaimer form before attending.
- All bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to change.
- If the session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen or necessary circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.

9) Yin Yoga & Relaxation Sessions
- All session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pre-booking is essential.
- You must complete a health screening and disclaimer form before attending.
